Sundown Suppers: A Summer Rooftop Grill Series

This summer for the first time, we’re inviting some of the UK’s most exciting chefs to take over the Culpeper rooftop grill.

Once a month, a new chef will host a communal sunset dinner on our woodland rooftop with a 4-course menu inspired by seasonal produce grown on our farm and the rooftop. For the rest of the month, one of their dishes will remain on our rooftop menu as a wonderful souvenir of their time with us.

Guests join us on the rooftop to enjoy the early evening sun and a welcome cocktail. Then take your place on our long communal table under the silver birch trees, where dishes are shared between friends old and new. We will be serving drinks pairings, as well as offering our greenhouse private dining room as a Chef’s Table experience for groups of 8-10.

The Cult Bristol restaurant from Mary and Pegs Quinn. Ex-River Cafe Pegs and Head Chef Cai will be taking over the rooftop for one night only serving up the best of July’s produce with Mediterranean flare. Think fresh pastas and bright and juicy southern European flavours.
